Mingyang aka Tom brings a unique perspective to the table, one that will challenge you and even help see different points of views that you never thought of yourself. Tom has grown tremendously over the time I got to spend with him, and I know wherever he lands he will always give 110%. Tom was my fallback one man stop. If I needed something done right away, I knew that if I gave it to him, he would get it done. Any task that he was assigned was always sure to get done, he would first attempt the problem himself, work though it all and then when stuck would reach out, and in most instances, it was just to confirm he was going in the right direction. I really enjoyed working with him and being his manager. Not only did he learn from me hopefully, but I learned and grew in a few aspects because of him. I know Tom will always do his absolute best and is eager to learn anything and everything wherever he lands.
